Licensed Health Agent, Medicare Sales (New to Medicare Welcome)

Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time, On-Site | $18/hr Base + Uncapped Commission | Inbound Leads Only

Just got your 2-15 or 2-40? This is the role that pays you to learn Medicare.

We are hiring licensed health agents in Boca Raton for a Medicare Advantage sales floor that runs on inbound calls only. Every person you talk to already raised their hand asking for help with their coverage. You are not dialing lists, not buying leads, and not prospecting. You are guiding people who called in.

If you are newly licensed or have never sold Medicare, you are exactly who we are looking for. The client trains you on plans, carriers, and the enrollment process. You bring the license and the work ethic.

If you are an experienced Medicare agent, you are welcome here too. You just need to be fully released from any prior carrier or agency appointments and cleared to write business before your start date.

What You'll Earn

• Base pay: $18.00/hour, guaranteed, paid whether you close or not
• Realistic weekly earnings: $1,200 to $2,400+ depending on production
  • Tiered commission that pays more per deal as your volume climbs:10 to 13 deals: $40 per deal
  • 14 to 17 deals: $50 per deal
  • 18 to 21 deals: $60 per deal
  • 22+ deals: $70 per deal
• Weekly bonuses and floor incentives on top of commission

The Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• No nights, no weekends, no rotating shifts

What You'll Do

• Take inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries shopping for coverage
• Explain Medicare Advantage plans and benefits in plain language people actually understand
• Run needs-based consultations and enroll the ones who qualify
• Stay fully compliant with CMS and carrier guidelines on every call
• Keep clean, accurate notes and records on every client

What You Need

• Active Florida Health Insurance license (2-15 or 2-40), required
• AHIP certification, or willingness to complete it before your start date
• Reliable, coachable, and comfortable on the phone all day
• Attention to detail and a compliance-first habit
• If you have sold Medicare recently: full release from prior appointments and clearance to write new business
• Medicare experience is a plus, not a requirement
