Position Title: Licensed Assistant in Audiology (L-AA) Location: Victory Hearing & Wellness Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Victory Hearing & Wellness is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Assistant in Audiology (L-AA) to support our audiology team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role improves clinic efficiency, enhances patient experience, and supports hearing aid services under the supervision of a licensed audiologist. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support Prepare and room patients for audiology appointments Assist with patient flow and ensure timely provider handoffs Support otoscopy procedures within scope Assist with hearing protection education and fitting Hearing Aid Support Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot hearing aids (non-programming) Replace batteries and manage accessories Prepare devices for fittings and follow-up visits Operational Support Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms Follow infection control and safety protocols Manage inventory of hearing aid supplies and equipment Administrative Support Assist with EMR documentation in accordance with clinic standards Schedule follow-up appointments Identify and communicate patient needs to the provider Qualifications Active Texas Licensed Assistant in Audiology (L-AA) license (or ability to obtain) High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical, audiology, or healthcare setting Interest in hearing healthcare and long-term career growth Experience with hearing aids or patient care support What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18.00 - $26.00 per hour) Paid training and professional development opportunities Clear career pathway, including advancement into Senior L-AA roles & Hearing Instrument Fitter & Dispenser (HIS) pathway Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment This position operates in a clinical healthcare setting and requires frequent interaction with patients, providers, and medical equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr F45 Training CP006504
