About the Job:

We're hiring a full-time, 100% remote Lead Bookkeeper to manage our team of professional bookkeepers. This position will work daily with our team of bookkeepers as well as being the main point of contact to our real estate business owner clients.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients following our proven system.
• Follow processes with a high attention to detail.
• Lead our team of bookkeepers, teaching, training, and holding them accountable to deadlines and tasks.
• Regularly meet virtually with our bookkeeping team.
• Proactively respond to client emails within 24 business hours to answer their questions or concerns.
• Meet virtually with clients, their team, and their CPA regularly to answer questions and assist with needs.
• Document client actions items and activity.
• Update our internal bookkeeping team with changes or updates to their clients financials.
• Attend our regular training to improve your skills to help our clients.
• Assist with new bookkeeper hiring and training.

Qualifications:

• MUST be US based, no exceptions.
• MUST Have EXTENSIVE experience in bookkeeping and Quickbooks Online.
• Ideally (but not required) have experience in Real Estate Sales Business Bookkeeping (Real Estate Agent/Team).
• Be ready to step into a leadership role moving from doing the bookkeeping work, to leading those doing the work.
• Must have excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work from home 9 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday.
• Provide your internet, webcam, computer, and headset for the role (Bring Your own Device).

Compensation: $50,000 yearly - $60,000 + 10 paid holidays + 1 Week PTO.
