Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Student Intern to assist attorneys with legal research, case preparation, client communication, and administrative legal tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to litigation, legal drafting, courtroom procedures, and case management.
Responsibilities: Conduct legal research using online databases and case law resources Draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization Review and summarize legal documents and discovery materials Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Attend hearings, depositions, or client meetings when applicable Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (1L, 2L, or 3L) Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms preferred Preferred Skills Interest in criminal law, and civil litigation. Prior internship or office experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
