Hampton Inn Miami Coconut Grove Hotel is seeking a fun, detail oriented, dedicated individual to join our team as a Laundry Attendant . You will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all our towels, sheets, and other linens, while enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team-oriented environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Linen Expert: Presort linens to locate stained or torn items to ensure we provide the best quality linens for our guests and keep track of discarded linens that do not meet our standard.
• Laundry Operations: Operate commercial washers and dryers skillfully to clean linens effectively and maintain their quality.
• Linen Folding and Presentation: Fold and arrange linens and towels in a neat and organized manner
• Storage Area and Maintenance: Keep storerooms and laundry areas organized and clean.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have the ability to carefully inspect and sort linens, addressing stains and issues effectively.

• Comfortable operating washing and drying machines, ensuring proper linen care.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
