Compensation Structure

• Partners retain 100% of their own collections, less firm overhead (historically averaging approximately 27‑32%)
• Optional draw structure allowing partners to draw 60% as collections are received, with reconciliation completed at year‑end
• Additional upside through shared work opportunities, including earning one‑third of collections on partner‑worked matters
• Ability to bring in and supervise an associate while retaining the collections generated from that work and directly managing the compensation structure
