Operations Manager – Landscaping Field Operations
Eden Prairie, MN Area
Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 to $105,000 per year

We are a fast-growing landscaping company in the Eden Prairie area seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who will own crew management, fleet readiness, quality control, and operational efficiency while reporting directly to ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and manage all landscaping crews to deliver consistent high-quality results.
• Oversee daily routing, scheduling, and load-out procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain fleet and equipment readiness to minimize downtime.
• Ensure every job meets high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor job profitability and man-hour performance to protect margins.
• Build a strong team culture focused on safety, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in landscaping and lawn care operations (minimum 7+ years preferred).
• Proven leadership of crews with strong command presence and ability to earn respect.
• Strategic thinker who can solve problems and improve processes in the field.
• Experience using industry software for scheduling and job tracking.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $90,000 to $105,000 per year depending on experience.
