Job DescriptionAs an Experienced Analyst, you will:At least 1 year of investment banking experience (class of '25 or '26, technology coverage preferred)Work with senior professionals covering Software and Digital Media clientsLearn about a range of end-markets: supply chain software, proptech, education technology, HCM software, semiconductors, sports tech, etc.Support teams working on M&A as well as equity / debt capital raisesResearch economic and industry-specific developmentsAnalyze financial statements and other investment attributes of publicly traded as well as private companiesHelp prepare marketing materials and other presentationsQualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Strong academic track record, with a background in finance, accounting, business or economicsAdvanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPointA high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to never stop learningKeen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work productAbility to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage any potential conflictsAbility to exercise sound judgment, make informed decisions, and act independentlyComfort presenting to and engaging with senior colleagues, clients, and counterpartiesCommitment to the firm and our clients Compensation and BenefitsHoulihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
