• Brand recognition with lots of revenue potential Job Title: Managing Director – Industrial Services Investment Banking (Sell-Side M&A Advisory)

Location: Remote – US | NYC Based Salary: $250,000 +Bonus Responsibilities:• Key responsibilities include sourcing and originating transactions in the Industrial Services space

• Advise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities, primary focus being on the Sell-side
• Secondarily work on capital raising efforts and different capital markets products in addition to M&A Advisory
• Engage leading in supervision and assisting the due diligence process of deals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Bankers and all other team members, as well as firm growth initiatives
• Must have a book of existing business, or a demonstration of ability to originate and close Transactions
• Cross sell within the firm and works with MDs in adjacent industries to maximize potential client revenue in addition to client relationship management
• Experience and interest in sub sectors in Industrial Services, Facility, Residential, Engineering & Construction is a major plus, of course a focus on the broad Business Services sector from an industrials stand point is a requirement in recent of historically in one’s career Requirements:• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field, MBA is a plus but not required
• Anywhere between 10 yrs – 15 yrs of relevant experience, only Investment Banking or combination of Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory (ideally all within the Real Estate industry), most ideal candidates come from mid market or boutique Investment Banks
• Strong business acumen, understanding of the Industrials market
• Anywhere between 10-20 years of Investment Banking experience
• Strong preference of an existing book of business and a track record of sourcing, winning, executing and closing transactions
• Either a boutique bank or mid market background is preferred, will consider Bulge bracket background or Corp Finance shops
• Needs to come from an Investment Banking platform currently and generating $3mn-$5mn in fees on a yearly basis regardless of market conditions
