This is a boutique has been around for a few decades and have immense M&A deal flow. They have continuously taken up market share despite the challenges of today’s M&A market due to their differentiating strategy. The firm has had a very busy, fruitful and significant 2025 with heavy deal flow. Location – Washington DC Area Salary – $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus Responsibilities:• Work with senior Bankers and deal team members on purely executing transactions

• Support the team’s Originations efforts by conducting industry research, keeping up to date with market movements and latest developments in the mid markets
• Understand or seek to understand the Industrials/Tech Services Investment Banking world
• Create financial analysis for projects, valuations and projections
• Analysis of peer performance, lead juniors, contribute to firm initiatives
• Prepare and organize marketing materials, client presentations, and information decksRequirements:• Successful transactions experience is required for consideration, either through direct Investment Banking, Private Equity or Capital Markets exposure in a full-time role
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance from an accredited University
• 3 to 4 of experience in an Industrials M&A role at any capacity, another Investment Banking role, Tech/Business Services/Industrials PE, or Big Four Transaction Services
• Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, hunger for being a successful Investment Banker
• Soft skills, with excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Strong work ethic to get things done and be a specialist in the key sectors mentioned above
• Ability to juggle and handle multiple projects at once, proficient in Financial Software and tools, Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg
