Political Associates report to Regional Political Directors and play a key role in managing the flow of projects across an assigned subset of targeted House races. Provide administrative support for Regional Political Directors, including scheduling and reporting support for operations teams to ensure timely, compliant IE filings. Support the Regional Political Director by keeping them informed of the status of deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding needs. Partner with research and other internal teams as needed. Prior experience working or interning in campaigns, political committees, consulting firms, or progressive organizations preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. High attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite; experience with project management or tracking tools a plus. Clear, proactive communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Work Environment & Culture While we maintain a casual and collaborative atmosphere, we are a high‑performing team committed to hard work, especially during the critical months leading up to the election.
