We are seeking an HVAC Master License Holder, Mechanical Contractor, or experienced HVAC leader who wants to build, lead, mentor, sell, and grow a thriving HVAC division throughout Southeast Michigan.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead & Build

• Help develop and expand our HVAC division throughout Southeast Michigan
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and apprentices
• Establish best practices, quality standards, and operational excellence
• Build a culture focused on professionalism, accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Create scalable processes that support long-term growth

Sell & Consult

• Meet with homeowners and business owners to identify HVAC opportunities
• Recommend heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and energy-efficiency solutions
• Generate profitable growth through ethical, relationship-based sales
• Partner with our sales, service, retail, and water treatment teams to maximize opportunities
• Assist in developing maintenance agreement and recurring revenue programs

Deliver Results

• Oversee HVAC installations, service operations, and project execution
• Ensure compliance with all Michigan mechanical codes and licensing requirements
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Drive top-line revenue growth while maintaining healthy profit margins
• Monitor key performance indicators including average ticket, close rate, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Michigan Mechanical Contractor License and/or HVAC Master License preferred
• Experienced HVAC leaders with strong residential and light commercial backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing technicians
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and sales
• Comfortable meeting with customers and presenting solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business unit
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
