Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Revenue Growth, the HubSpot Marketing Specialist manages the day-to-day use of our HubSpot account. Utilizing a solid understanding of the use of the platform as well as information about our business activities, the successful candidate will manage and optimize the HubSpot platform. This exciting opportunity is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position located at our headquarters on Newbury Street in Boston. Duties and Responsibilities

HubSpot Administration
  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot platform to support marketing and customer service activities.
  • Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the company.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within HubSpot.
Marketing
  • Create and implement effective marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and optimize customer engagement.
  • Develop email marketing strategies, including designing templates, crafting compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Create and optimize targeted Facebook and Googlead campaigns to reach specific audience segments. Utilize HubSpot's integration with Facebook and Google Ads to track ad performance and lead generation.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer interactions.
  • Generate regular reports on marketing activities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they are proficient in using HubSpot tools and features.
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.

Skill and Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with HubSpot, including HubSpot CRM, and Marketing Hub
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, email marketing, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software) are a plus.
  • Interest in genealogy, history or related subject matter a plus.

Education Level

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Salary

$55,000-$60,000 per year
