To support HR operations and talent acquisition, the full-time hourly HR & Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate interviews, manage HR systems, and assist with onboarding and offboarding in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and manage logistics for candidate interviews Administer employee records and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries Support day-to-day HR operations and assist with special projects to improve efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Two or more years of experience in HR operations or recruiting coordination Experience with high-volume interview scheduling and candidate lifecycle management Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems like UKG and ATS like Ashby Experience in the video game or technology industry is a plus
