$17 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional cleaning services that align with the 'Charlene Clean' standard, ensuring every home sparkles.
• Use eco-friendly, non-toxic products to maintain a healthy environment for clients and the planet.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and address any client concerns promptly.
• Organize and restock cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for each job assignment.

Qualifications:

• U.S work authorization is a mandatory requirement for applicants.
• House Cleaners are required to complete training in House Cleaning Services and must be willing to do so.
• Candidates need to have a valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation for this position.
• Strong customer service skills
• A positive and cheerful attitude is essential for the Cleaning Crew.
• Honesty and commitment to fulfilling responsibilities are key characteristics expected from all candidates.
• Must be willing to participate in random drug screening.
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment.
