Debt, Quality of Earnings, Tax Review, Internal Controls and Governance & Risk Work on the buy-side and sell-side of FDD projects Lead Associates and Senior Associates on projects Supervision of deal sourcing and assist in pitch material for MDs and Directors Develop, foster and nurture Healthcare industry relationships, both existing relationships as well as new industry relationships Nice to have some Healthcare TAS experience, this will help you stand outRequirements:BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field Anywhere around or above 5- 7 yrs of relevant experience, primarily in Healthcare M&A with possible Audit Background, Big Four experience is a plus or Tier 2 (“Big 10”) TAS experience is a must, does not have to be Healthcare, can be other industry or experience from an industry agnostic role Experience and understanding of – Audit and Transaction Advisory Services Must have a track record of leading teams and client engagements Ideally around 3 or 4 yrs of FDD experience is ideal, overall experience can be 5 to 7 years
