Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY, for the position of Head of Quality Assurance. The Head of Quality Assurance will oversee and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Key responsibilities include designing and executing quality control measures, leading quality audits, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement, and managing quality assurance teams to achieve operational excellence. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to establish performance benchmarks and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Management to ensure operational processes meet established standards. Proficient in Quality Auditing practices to evaluate and enforce compliance with defined procedures and policies. Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and implement improvements for enhanced performance. Comprehensive understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies to maintain and improve product or service quality. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to effectively guide and mentor quality assurance teams. Bachelor\’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO certification) are advantageous. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
