This role will support the Cancer & Blood Disorder Institute and the cancer genetic predisposition program, as well as our bone marrow failure and Diamond Blackfan Anemia (DBA) programs.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Genetic Counselor demonstrates expertise in genetic evaluation and counseling of individuals and families. Responsible for patient/family genetic education, review of prior medical records, tracking of division metrics, and participating in genetic research projects. Works in collaboration with medical, nursing, and support services to provide family-centered care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Salary Range: Minimum 37.07/hour - Maximum 59.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
