STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a  Finished Goods Operator  to join the team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized finished goods inventory and providing support to the Shipping department as needed. This position plays an important role in ensuring finished products are properly identified, stored, picked, packed, and prepared for on-time shipment to customers. Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Finished Goods

  • Receive and organize finished products from production.
  • Verify quantities, part numbers, purchase orders, and other product information.
  • Properly label and identify finished goods.
  • Move finished products to designated inventory locations.
  • Pick finished goods according to customer orders and shipping requirements.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory issues to management.
  • Ensure finished goods are handled and stored safely to prevent damage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Shipping Support

  • Assist with daily shipping activities as needed.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including packing, labeling, and staging.
  • Verify shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
  • Help prepare shipping paperwork and documentation.
  • Ensure products are properly packaged and secured for transportation.
  • Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications

Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, finished goods, inventory, or shipping experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory or shipping systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and finished products.
  • Ability to perform repetitive material-handling tasks.
