Join CentraCare in Melrose, Minnesota, and practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with OB in a supportive, team-based rural setting. This role offers a four-day work week, modern facilities, and the flexibility to customize your practice across clinic, OB, and emergency care while maintaining a sustainable call schedule. Schedule

• Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare- Melrose
\n
• Four-day work week with flexibility to customize your clinical mix\n
  \n
  • Typically three days in clinic and one day in the Level IV Emergency Department
  \n
  • Additional ED shifts available for those interested; fewer ED shifts available based on provider preference
  \n
\n
• Call: \n
  \n
  • Weekday call approximately 1:4 , providing backup coverage to APP overnight care
  \n
  • Weekend call includes primary hospitalist responsibilities such as admissions and rounding
  \n
\n

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year\n
  \n
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  \n
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  \n
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
  \n

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine
\n
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
