You will be working in a client-facing capacity, engaging in structured, professional conversations with individuals exploring growth, direction, and next steps.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

• Engage in professional, consultative conversations with individuals exploring personal and leadership development
• Provide information and guidance on structured development pathways and programs
• Respond to and engage with individuals who have expressed interest in personal and professional development pathways
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team-based training sessions
• Maintain a consistent and professional approach to your role and responsibilities

Must-Have Qualifications

• Currently residing in the United States
• Legally eligible to operate as an independent contractor and a citizen of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA (except South Dakota & Wisconsin), UK, Ireland, Western Europe, or Singapore
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience (corporate, business ownership, or consulting background preferred)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in professional conversations
• Comfortable managing their own schedule and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or business development environments
• Background in leadership, coaching, consulting, or professional services
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Interest in personal and professional development
• Access to a laptop and reliable internet

Important Information

This is a contract-based role with compensation aligned to performance and contribution.

It is best suited to experienced professionals who are comfortable working in a self-directed environment and engaging with individuals in a consultative capacity.
