Required Skills Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application. Preferred applications: Ambulatory, Care Everywhere, or EpicCare Link. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow management.
