Job Overview – Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter Location: New York City, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Site) Atlantic Group is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a rewarding career in healthcare recruiting. No prior recruiting experience is required, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to set you up for success. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals across a range of specialties using job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach. Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for open roles. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding. Pipeline Development: Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and keep accurate records within the applicant tracking system. Administrative Support: Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. Industry Knowledge: Interest in the healthcare and staffing industries; willingness to learn healthcare roles and terminology. Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to learn applicant tracking and CRM systems. Skills & Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, communication-driven environment.
