What You’ll Do Develop and maintain service and repair accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers. Manage and grow commercial service accounts within your territory. Conduct client site visits and build relationships with property managers and building owners. Identify repair and modernization opportunities. Prepare proposals and present solutions to clients. Work closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional service. Prospect and develop new business opportunities. What You Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree. Previous sales experience preferred.
