What You’ll Do

• Represent top national brands inside trusted retail partners
• Conduct in-person presentations and direct sales to acquire new customers
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Consistently meet and exceed performance-based sales goals
• Build lasting relationships with customers and teammates
• Develop strong leadership, communication, and goal-setting skills
• Participate in hands-on training and systematic development programs

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Competitive and goal-driven mindset
• Team-player mentality with leadership potential
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or real estate is a plus
• Experience in insurance sales, residential sales, canvassing, or cold calling also a plus
• Excellent face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven, coachable , and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

We started as an idea in CEO Colleen’s Buck mind shortly after graduating from college. She had little understanding of what the “right path” was for her, but understood she wanted to help and serve others. She had an opportunity to work in the direct sales industry which taught her the art of communication and self-management, and thus, CLG Nashville was born. We are a leading business that uses direct sales as a vehicle to develop our people into executives that can manage major clients' campaigns and in turn help people and others develop into leaders as well.
