Job Title: EDM Programmer/Operator – 1st Shift
Job Description
This role focuses on programming and operating wire EDM machines to produce precision metal parts in a short- to medium-run job shop stamping and fabrication environment. You will create EDM programs from CAD models and blueprints, support tooling design, assist mill operators, and help continuously improve cutting methods and tooling utilization across the shop.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, friendly, and flexible job shop environment that is very well maintained and climate-controlled with both heat and air conditioning. The facility operates EDM equipment, including Makino and Fanuc machines, and supports metal stamping and fabrication work. The position is on 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with voluntary overtime available. The shop emphasizes a professional atmosphere and organized work areas to support precision machining and comfortable day-to-day operations.
