Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida required.
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience supervising clinical staff.
  • Experience with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Experience developing therapy programs, care plans, and clinical protocols.
  • Ability to evaluate clinical performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic office systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
