Position: Part-Time Associate Dentist (Adult Dentistry Focus)

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. Contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dental care within the community and assist us in creating smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. • Participate in morning meetings (you can even lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight outstanding examples of customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement.
• Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.

Focused Procedures

Key procedures include restorations, extractions, fixed/removable prosthetics, and endodontics (including molar endodontics).

Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A support team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
• An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors

Expectations

We expect you to possess:

• A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
• Additional certifications as required, including CPR and DEA
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
