Job Title: Data Entry Associate
Job Description

The Data Entry Associate is responsible for handling all communication with customers, which includes updating existing purchase orders, reviewing open order reports to anticipate any shortfall in delivery schedules, and initiating new projects as needed. The role requires strong computer skills, with a preference for experience in SAP. The associate serves as the primary point of contact for customer service calls and must coordinate various requests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle all communication with customers, including updates to existing purchase orders.
• Review open order reports to anticipate any shortfall in delivery schedules.
• Initiate new projects as needed based on customer service requests.
• Coordinate requests and serve as the primary point of contact for customer service calls.
• Communicate with the sales team to provide updates to customers.
• Answer phones and record customer information to check on order status.

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with data entry and customer service.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Minimum of 2 years of data entry and customer service experience.

• Experience in order entry.
• Effective communication skills, particularly with the sales team.

The position is onsite and involves working within a team of four, including two sales associates, one customer service representative, and one shipping administrator. This is initially a 3-month project with the possibility of extension or transition to a direct role if the office team headcount increases. The company is currently planning its budget for 2026.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wichita,KS.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 10, 2026.
