Crew Member – 918 eSports Position Overview

As a Crew Member at 918 eSports, you play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and high-energy environment for gamers of all ages. You’ll assist customers, maintain equipment, support events, and ensure every guest has an awesome experience from the moment they walk in.

Customer Experience

• Greet and assist customers with check-in, accounts, and game setup
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support for games, PCs, and consoles
• Deliver food and drinks to customers and handle concessions orders
• Maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all guests

Facility Operations

• Monitor gaming stations to ensure proper use and care of equipment
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues (headsets, peripherals, logins, etc.)
• Keep the center clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times
• Enforce rules and ensure a safe, respectful environment

Youth & Community Engagement

• Interact professionally with kids, teens, and parents
• Help supervise younger gamers and ensure appropriate behavior
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive communication

Events & Programs

• Assist with birthday parties, tournaments, camps, and lock-ins
• Help set up and reset stations for events
• Support coaches and staff during youth esports practices and game days

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for gaming and basic knowledge of popular titles
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Experience in customer service, retail, or food service
• Familiarity with PC gaming and consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.)
• Interest in esports or competitive gaming

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Follow all safety procedures, especially during emergencies
• Respond quickly to customer needs and help requests
• Represent 918 eSports with energy and professionalism

• Fast-paced, high-energy gaming center
• Frequent interaction with kids, teens, and families
• Evening and weekend availability required
