LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and contribute to the success of a leading organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including formation, dissolution, and amendments.
- Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on various corporate matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Support the legal team in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist with the preparation of board meeting materials and minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate legal assistant/paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Benefits:

Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
