Job Description
Our client is a well-established and growing commercial mechanical contractor serving Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and the surrounding Gulf Coast region. They are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Professional to join their team and support a diverse portfolio of about 75% of commercial clients and 25% residential. They do a lot of new ground up commercial construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working directly with customers, and being part of a company that values professionalism, safety, and career growth.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, chillers, split systems, air handlers, package units, and related equipment.
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur.
Perform start-ups, testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance, repairs, and recommendations.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety standards and local building codes.
Collaborate with project managers, service coordinators, and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications
