CNC Machinist

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship? We are seeking skilled machinists to join our growing manufacturing team and help produce precision components in a clean, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Run horizontal and vertical CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain accuracy
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor multiple machines and keep production running efficiently
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform machine setups and make adjustments independently
• Experience with CNC milling and turning operations
• Strong inspection and measurement skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
