The role is critical to the success of Citi’s Wealth at Work Group. This role will be responsible for the ownership and management of several strategic projects and analyses related to the growth and design or the global Wealth at Work Group.The position will partner closely with all parts of the organization including business heads, sales teams, business managers, product managers, and function owners.Our choice candidate will be a detail oriented strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems, dealing with ambiguity, financial modeling, organizational design, and who possesses an unrelenting customer obsession and a strong desire to make their mark on the organization.Key Responsibilities: Serve as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across the businessPartner with business and product heads to shape the strategic direction for our businessIdentify and build the business case for growth opportunities supported by quantitative and qualitative analysisOwn end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem identification through requirements definition and solution implementationLead the digitization of key client journeys and business processesDevelop KPIs / KRIs and efficient mechanisms for tracking and continuous improvementConduct market research and competitive analyses on the wealth management industryConstruct financial models and executive presentations used for making key business decisionsCollaborate with senior business leaders to create key management presentations for various audiencesSupport and influence internal strategic planning and business development activitiesKeep abreast of industry news and trendsExperience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree RequiredMBA or Advanced Degree Preferred5+ years of work experience.
