About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver with Dementia Experience to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating the challenges of dementia. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, hands-on care and daily living assistance to clients with dementia
• Monitor and document changes in client behavior, mood, and cognitive function
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Implement memory care techniques and therapeutic activities to promote engagement and well-being
• Ensure a safe, structured, and comfortable environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client progress
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience with dementia or Alzheimer's patients strongly preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care best practices and memory care techniques
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Home Care Identification number needed as HCA 
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Anaheim, CA
• CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) experience is a plus -
