Role: Business Operations Intern Location: Chicago, IL Compensation: $20/hr Expected hours: 40 hr/week The Business Operations intern will report to the Head of Business Operations and will help to tackle the company's most critical opportunities and challenges. This team shapes strategies, identifies growth opportunities, and keeps the organization aligned. We're looking for a first-year MBA student with prior experience in strategy consulting, operations, startups and/or high-growth tech/fintech environments. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. This role requires both big‑picture thinking and hands‑on execution, with the team shifting between long‑term planning and driving results based on business needs.
