Job Description

Full-time, in-office role supporting daily accounting and payroll functions in a casual work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Payroll processing for 50+ employees
• Maintain and input employee benefit information
• Assist with general HR-related administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in an in-office environment
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• QuickBooks preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
