Bookkeeper - Full Time Con Yeager Spice Co.

Job Description

Preparation of monthly financial statements, gather and analyze information from the general ledger system. Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets as necessary. Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, including bank reconciliations. Ensure integrity of all aspects relating to the company's financial well-being.

Bookkeeper Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field and/or minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience
• Previous bookkeeping experience and understanding of accounting principles required
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP software
• Positive attitude
• Exceptional communication and professional interpersonal abilities

Bookkeeper Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations: Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, daily financial entries, and reconciliations
• Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
  
• Oversee accounting department staff
• Preparing and filing financial documents
• Fact-checking accounting data
