Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner in New Orleans, Louisiana.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
• Collaborate within a mission-driven community health environment
• Structured clinical workflows with full support staff
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an underserved population

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $105,000 - $142,100
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $100,000
• 403(b) Retirement Plan With Employer Contributions
• Fully Covered Dental And Vision Insurance

SCHEDULE
• Monday Through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Outpatient Clinical Setting
• Future Evening Or Saturday Hours May Be Added
• Average 18-22 Patients Per Day

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• Manage acute illnesses and chronic disease conditions
• Perform physical assessments and treatment planning
• Promote preventive care and patient education
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

• Experience Managing Acute And Chronic Conditions Preferred
• Strong Commitment To Preventive Care And Patient Education REQUIRED
• One Year Of Experience Preferred
