\nWe are currently seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to support one of our property management partners. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current residents, guiding them through every step of the leasing process and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.\n

\nAs a Leasing Professional, you ll play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience for both current and prospective residents. This position reports to the property manager.\n
\n
\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n
\n
\nGreet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads\n
\n
\nAssist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks\n
\n
\nCollect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins\n
\n
\nCommunicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents\n
\n
\nFollow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease\n
\n
\nEnsure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriate\n
\n
\nSeek out new residents with creative marketing techniques\n
\n
\nManage the lease renewal process and retention efforts\n
\n
\nPromptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries\n
\n
\nIdeal candidates have experience in leasing, customer service, sales, real estate, hospitality, or retail and excel at engaging with diverse personalities. Bilingual fluency is required.\n

\nRequirements:\n
\n
\nMust be fluent in both English and Spanish \n
\n
\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing\n
\n
\nBasic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and exposure to social media \n
\n
\nKnowledge of leasing software is a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI, etc. \n
\n
\nAbility to work weekends as required\n
\n
