About CBI Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals with crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness and mental illness. Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses and Behavioral Health Medical Providers to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The BHC completes behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to their assigned program, documents provided services, coordinates discharges from CBI programs, and coordinates care with family or other significant others. Responsibilities • Provide assessment and treatment planning for individuals in Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. • Continue case management and discharge coordination. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. • Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field (Master’s preferred). Preferred: Master’s degree and/or licensed at associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Substance Abuse Counseling. 1–3 years of full‑time healthcare related experience, ideally with behavioral and medical crisis situations.
