Who We AreHere in Montana, powersports aren’t just a hobby—they’re a way of life. Handle customer questions or concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
Make sure every customer leaves confident they talked to a specialist that knows/understands their machine and needs..
Some parts department working knowledge helps (powersports, automotive, ag, or marine a plus).
Strong communication and people skills—you’re approachable whether someone’s in riding gear or ranch boots.
Familiarity with powersports equipment, ranch work vehicles, or a willingness to learn fast.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Computer and dealership management system skills.
Competitive pay with commission/bonus opportunities.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
