The Barback is responsible for supporting bartenders by maintaining stock levels, preparing supplies, and ensuring the bar operates efficiently to deliver exceptional guest service in a restaurant environment.

Stock bar items daily and refill ice bins as needed
Anticipate bartender and operational needs throughout each shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work as scheduled
Understand assigned work areas and complete setup as directed
Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating standards
Ensure prompt and high-quality service to all guests
Perform additional duties as assigned
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet service standards
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to read, write, and speak English for guest communication
Ability to lift and carry 1030 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and AT&T Discovery District events
Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
23 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant preferred
TABC Certification (required)
Food Handler's Certification (required)
Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures
Complete all required company and job-specific safety training
