Back Office Assistant Responsibilities include supporting the KAM and Operations Team in administrative, documentary and invoicing processes, as well as contributing to potential and real opportunities and operations of the company. Receive requests for quotations and services required by the client. Manage suppliers of required quotes. Coordinate with suppliers to meet deadlines for quotations. Review the quotes received from suppliers. Prepare and send proposals to the client. Nominate the supplier and submit the checklist and documentation. Sign contracts with the client. Send appropriate information to the Operations team. Handle the invoicing process. Requirements Administrative and back office experience with a proven track record in administrative support. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
