Job Title Bachelor's Intern Job Overview The Bachelor’s Intern will support daily program operations by assisting staff with administrative tasks, participant services, community outreach activities, and special projects. This role provides hands‑on experience in program administration, event coordination, and community engagement while ensuring efficient delivery of services and resources to program participants. Program Info Acenda’s Family Success Centers (FSC) are warm, welcoming neighborhood gathering spaces where families and community members come together for support, connection, and growth. FSCs offer interactive workshops, family‑friendly activities, volunteer opportunities, free computer use, printing, and copying services. Key Responsibilities Assist staff with daily program operations and community outreach efforts. Perform data entry, filing, answering phones, and preparing program materials. Maintain participant records and support event planning and setup. Distribute resources and help with workshops and community events. Provide general office support to ensure efficient program and service delivery. Requirements Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, professional, and punctual. Interest in community services, social work, human services, education, public health, or a related field. Ability to assist with events, outreach activities, and general administrative tasks. Must be able to pass required background checks and complete onboarding requirements.
