Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement & Strategy: Partner with executive leadership and client business stakeholders to uncover core challenges, refine scope, translate business goals into functional requirements, and align project vision with target operating models.Salesforce Functional Design: Design end-to-end functional business solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific Salesforce platforms. Define user journeys, business process workflows, epic/user story backlogs, and acceptance criteria.Process Optimization & Governance: Apply analytical frameworks and Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline legacy business processes, enhance efficiency, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and drive change management.Consulting & Leadership: Provide strategic direction to cross-functional implementation teams (solution architects, developers, QA). Drive continuous improvement, manage scope changes, and present deliverable recommendations to client executives.UAT & Change Enablement: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, prepare test scripts, drive user training execution, and ensure end-user adoption across organizational rollout phases.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 10 to 15 years of consulting experience in IT business analysis, management consulting, or enterprise digital transformations, with a deep specialization in Salesforce platforms.Domain Mastery: In-depth knowledge of business architecture, requirements engineering, process mapping (BPMN), and Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Core Competencies:Analytical Skills: Proven ability to synthesize complex quantitative/qualitative data into structured business requirements and operational models.Leadership Skills: Track record of driving cross-functional workshops, mentoring junior analysts, managing client expectations, and handling strategic consulting deliverables.Lean Six Sigma: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or process optimization frameworks to measure and enhance operational performance.Communication: Exceptional presentation, narrative, and interpersonal skills tailored for C-suite interaction.Job SummaryJob number: P-102701Profession: OtherExperience: 10-15Years
