You will play a vital role in executing security protocols, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents with professionalism, helping us redefine what it means to feel secure in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols and security checks emphasizing intrusion prevention.
• Monitor entrances and exits, screen for prohibited items, and maintain overall security.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents in accordance with established protocols.
• Comply with Tennessee's armed security laws and maintain high operational standards.
• Use de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts, prioritizing non-confrontational solutions, especially in nightlife settings.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Adhere to dress code standards and present a professional appearance.
• Maintain punctuality and professional conduct with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Enforce access control procedures and keep accurate records.
• Maintain and report on security equipment functionality.
• Document incidents thoroughly and assist with investigations by providing timely, truthful information.

Required Qualifications

• Active and clear Tennessee Armed Security license.
• Experience in patrols, surveillance, and incident management.
• Knowledge of security equipment usage; familiarity with school settings is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and understand emergency protocols.
• Familiarity with access control and identification verification procedures.
• Dallas Law certification.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures.
• Active Shooter Certification.
