What are your contributions to the team?- Perform source inspection at the supplier to evaluate the quality of systems components
- Lead quality review with suppliers
- Request detail corrective actions to the supplier for repetitive issues
- Evaluate the overall quality supplier performance
- Initiate corrective actions request for repetitive issues
- Provide visibility on the open actions & follow-up to management.
- Travel regularly to perform audits at suppliers' facilities
How to thrive in this role?- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in aircraft paint application and/or on special processes related to paint application
- You have experience in the Aerospace industry
- You have strong leadership, problem solving, flexibility and project management skills
- You have experience intervene with supplier
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
- You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You have flexible, available and you are able to travel locally and internationally, sometimes with short notice
