Overview American Express is hiring a Customer Care Professional in Phoenix, USA. The position offers an hourly rate of $20–$30. Responsibilities Administer inbound calls, interact with entrepreneurs and executives, and understand their needs to recommend appropriate American Express SBS products. Provide detailed product and service information, highlighting benefits and features of American Express Independent company Services. Continuously develop key selling skills, including relationship building, needs assessment, complaint resolution, and closing deals. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering account inquiries in a fast‑paced, organized environment. Record critical data following established procedures and protocols. Adhere to all administrative and compliance policies related to fraud prevention and transaction processing. Qualifications Prior customer support experience (minimum two years) with a focus on building customer loyalty through proactive listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication. Demonstrated results in a customer service and sales environment (minimum two years). Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, metrics‑driven environment while managing multiple tasks and routes in an online setting. Experience working in a virtual environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available.
