Job Summary Responsible for supervising agents during their assigned shifts to ensure daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. Manage dispatching agents and applicable equipment for arriving and departing flights and aircraft assignments. Benefits Competitive pay with daily access to earned wages. Responsible for shift scheduling, including workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignments, backup for absent employees, and shift rotations. Communicate with management regarding any problems or issues. Schedule and conduct shift meetings. Assist in payroll administration, complete shift paperwork, and perform other administrative functions. Monitor and enforce safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and applicable laws. Promote and adhere to policies concerning safety, anti‑harassment, and equal employment opportunity. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. Minimum age of 18 years. Possession of a valid driving license. Ability to obtain credentials required as per airport, state, or customs requirements. Preferred: One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry. Physical Requirements Must frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs; constantly push or pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend. Working Conditions Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Ability and willingness to work in outside weather conditions, which may include severe seasonal elements.
